Introduction

The first step is to select ‘start game’ in order to start your journey popping bubbles! Bubbles containing words will fall down toward the bottom of the screen from the top at varying speeds. You must type the word contained in each bubble correctly before it reaches the bottom of the screen to be able to pop that bubble and earn points!

How to Play

  • Bubbles containing words drop from off the top of the screen at various speeds.
  • Type in the word that is inside of each bubble to pop each respective bubble.
  • You will complete a level by popping enough bubbles. In other words, if you pop too few bubbles during that level, then you will run out of time before too many bubbles will have dropped out.
  • As you type, what you type will be displayed at the bottom of the screen in real-time to provide you with immediate feedback.
  • Before a bubble drops out of view, it will turn red indicating to you that you need to prioritize typing it.!

Scoring Rules

  • Your score will be calculated based on three different criteria: the length of the word that you typed, the length of your current combo multiplier, and the level’s overall difficulty level.
  • By popping bubbles without making any mistakes consecutively, you increase your combo count.
  • If you are able to maintain a high combo count, it multiplies your score for that level. Keep your combo streak alive for maximum possible score.
  • Each level of the game has a bar indicating the level of completed bubbles versus total number of bubbles to complete.

Accuracy and WPM

Accuracy of your typing will be calculated by comparing the total number of characters you typed with the number of correctly typed characters. WPM (Words Per Minute) will be calculated and displayed to you in real-time as you are popping bubbles, so that you can monitor how quickly or slow you type throughout the entire game.

Level By Level

  • After reaching a new level, unlock and advance through the following levels
  • The levels will gradually become more challenging with an increase in speed of the bubbles and therefore a higher level of difficulty in using more advanced vocabulary
  • You can also replay any of your previously unlocked levels through the level selection menu
  • Remember that if you let too many bubbles escape the game will end, but you can continue to try until you beat your personal game record

Controls

  • Pause—Click the pause button at the bottom of the screen to pause the game and take a break
  • Fullscreen—Tap the fullscreen button at the bottom of the screen for a completely immersive experience while playing
  • Theme—Select between dark mode and light mode at the bottom of your screen to suit your playing comfort
  • Restart a level from the game pause menu by selecting the restart option
  • Select the Main Menu option in the game to return to the level selection screen at all times

Performance Statistics

Once you have finished each level, you will see all of your key performance stats for that level, such as your final score, your longest combo achieved during that level's play, your WPM (words per minute), your accuracy %, your total characters typed, total number of correctly typed characters, and total number of incorrectly typed characters and how many bubbles you popped during that level of play. You will also earn performance badges based on your accuracy!

Success Strategies

  • Accurate Bubble Placement First, Then Build Combos; Early Combo Building Usually Has Little Value, so Speed Isn’t Important (For Now).
  • Be Sure to Focus on Closest Red Bubbles First to Prevent Escapes.
  • Watch For Different Bubbles & Be Ready to Change Your Next Target.
  • Practicing on Lower Difficulty Levels Will Help to Build Muscle Memory.
  • Use the theme toggle to lessen eye strain during long periods of clocking.
  • Once You Improve Accuracy and Consistency, Speed Will Follow Naturally.

Game Over Conditions

If Too Many Bubbles Escape Off the Bottom of the Screen, the Game Will Be Over; you May Restart on the Same Level or Go Back to the Main Menu and Choose Another Level. Your Best Score as Well as Your Highest Combo Will Be Tracked for You to Use.!
