- Reporting Technical Bugs: For technical bugs, kindly tell us about the device you are using, Operating System, Browser, and also mention the page on which you are facing the issue.
- Exam Scoring Discrepancies: If you notice any error in the test live and result calculations, or there is a new official notification out in which new modifications are required in the exam, kindly contact us as soon as possible.
- Submitting Passage Suggestions: We welcome your suggestions related to the practice passages for SSC, RRB, and other typing tests. S. K. Sharma will review them and improve them.

1. Is FreeTypingTest.in completely free to use?
Yes! All typing tests, exam simulators (SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, RRB NTPC), typing games, and speed evaluation tools are 100% free with no registration or hidden subscriptions required.
2. How are WPM, Net WPM, and Accuracy calculated?
We use the standardized 5-character-per-word formula adopted by major recruitment boards across India. Gross WPM is total characters typed divided by 5 and time in minutes. Net WPM subtracts uncorrected errors based on specific exam guidelines.
3. Can I submit custom typing passages for practice?
Absolutely. We encourage students and typing teachers to submit passage suggestions via our contact form or by emailing sksharma@freetypingtest.in.
4. Does FreeTypingTest.in store my typed keystrokes?
No. Your privacy is important. All processing, real-time WPM graphs, and accuracy calculations occur strictly inside your web browser.
